Terms and conditions
1) invoices under £425.00 we require to be paid in full at least 5 days in advance. Invoices for £425.00 of the quoted price is payable at least 5 days in advance. ( no material will be delivered unless the deposit has been cleared on our account prior to commencement of delivery )
2) We ask for the remaining balance to be paid within 7 days after completion of the delivery period.
2a) If the remaining balance is not paid within 7 days , a late payment charge will be added. If the balance is still outstanding after 14 days interest may occur. late payment charges are set out below

3) The client must supply the marketing material which is to be delivered at least 3 working days before the start of the delivery , at a date and time agreed by both parties.
4) If any stock is left over , AA leaflet distribution may destroy any surplus stock after informing the client. The client may arrange for collection for remaining stock up to 5 days after completion .
5) AA leaflet distribution is not liable for any loss of profit , bussiness exspences or costs what so ever. 6) Once payment has been made in full wether before distribution or after this is a contract between yourselves and AA Lealfet distribution (Adam Atkin) that the work is to the standards of the customer. Once payment has been made in full there will be no refunds aloud at a later date. 7) AA Leaflet distribution (Adam Atkin) cannot accepot liability for a nill response. It is only the responsability of the company to provide the distribution of material. 8) Once a payment has been recieved (deposit or in full) this is your Acceptance of the terms and conditions set out here.
If a company requires leaflets to be distribute at late notice and at a time that leaves less than 7 days for a deposit to be paid then the full ammount must be paid by cheque before work is carried out. is the responsability of the customer to ensure that all material reaches in time. If the material wanting to be distributed does not reach us in time it is not the responsability of our company to meet the deadline agreed and cannot guarntee that work will be fully carried out if this is the case as other work may have been booked in. For example if you would like leaflets distributing on Mondy 23rd to be finfished by 24th but your leaflets don't reach us untill that afternoon the delivery of the leaflets will be a day late as staff have to recieve the leaflets first by management. Therefore the delivery of your leaflets will be a day late or in worst case if more work is booked in on the 25th and we have't enough staff to ensure your delivery is fulfilled then all work will stop on the agreed date 24th and the full invoice will still be payable to ourselves as this is the responsability of the customer. We work hard to ensure all distributions are carried out sucessfuly. The company or Adam Atkin cannot accept liability for every property recieving a leaflet in the area. Sometimes situations arise where a property may not recieve a leaflet. For example when there is a dog in the garden or there is a notice on the door. In some circumstances if the distributors have been advised a simular leaflet offering the same services has been delivered in the area recently the distributors may redirect the leaflet drop accordingly. If this is something the customer does not want to happen they should inform head office before the distribution takes place.
